VIP Sales Manager

Role Responsibilities

1. VIP、wholesaler structure management
   a) Distribute sales target by channel by distributor
   b) Provide accurate sales forecast
   c) Negotiate sales target and execution plan
   d) Negotiate contract and follow up
   e) Negotiate new SKU
   f) Coordinate with marketing team for the event.

2. Channel sales strategy
   a) Setting sales strategy
   b) Setting appropriate product line and promotion for each channel

3. Team member management
   a) manage team member behavior, help them to achieve their individual target
   b) focus on team member development, provide training, improve individual ability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English, with over 5 years of work experience and over 2 years of management experience. Having financial foundation, strong data analysis ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, negotiation ability, organizational and coordination ability, and proposal ability.
