    's enterprise technology strategy. This position requires a strong balance of product leadership, running scrum ceremonies if needed, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of user and business needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the roadmap for the Billing Persistent team , ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and overall objectives .

    • Champion Agile and SAFe principles by driving iterative delivery, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring teams operate with clarity, velocity, and predictable execution.

    • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs; drive sprint planning and delivery across cross-functional teams.

    • Oversee end-to-end execution of product features, ensuring seamless integration with APIs, eventing frameworks, workflow engines, and cloud platforms.

    • This role is central to Billing IT, ensuring reliable, scalable, and modern billing capabilities that support business growth, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer and agent experiences.

    • Partner with AI and platform teams to integrate GenAI augmentation tools, AI-driven automation, and intelligence capabilities to optimize engineering and billing workflows.

    • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-team programs with dependencies across engineering, data, operations, and architecture.

    • Build strong partnerships with business and technical stakeholders, influencing leaders across operations, engineering, data science, architecture, and vendor teams.

    • Ensure product documentation, risk assessments, and operational readiness deliverables to meet enterprise standards.

    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 12+ years of Technical Product Management experience with strong ownership of roadmaps, product strategy, and measurable business outcomes

    • Demonstrated experience managing and growing product, engineering, and analyst teams, including setting expectations, coaching talent, and driving team alignment to strategic goals.

    • Experience leading platform modernization initiatives, preferably within insurance, financial operations, or workflow-driven environments.

    • Proven ability to work within Agile/ SAFe environments and lead cross-functional delivery teams.

    • Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leaders, steering committees, and cross-functional working groups.

    • Understanding modern full-stack architectures, REST APIs, event-driven, microservices patterns, cloud platforms.

    • Knowledge of system integration concepts, workflow automation, rules engines, and scalable platform design.

    Nice to Have Skills

    • Experience with Billing domain processes or operations.

    • Hands-on experience with design tools (Figma), customer journey mapping, and UI/UX collaboration.

    • Exposure to AI agent orchestration platforms, knowledge graphs, or intelligent decision systems.

    • Experience working with globally distributed teams (GCC + onshore) and vendor delivery models.

    • Familiarity with cloud engineering, analytics platforms, or enterprise workflow modernization initiatives.
