What is The Hartford looking for?
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts or any Business function with anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities
Must have a record of high achievement, self-motivation, ability to multi-task and accomplish competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and research skills
Ability to analyze/reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations while consistently demonstrating honesty, integrity, courtesy and respect when interacting with others
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees.
