    What You'll Be Doing After Training

    • Sell Employee Benefits products through broker and consultant relationships

    • Manage and grow a geographic territory

    • Develop strategies to win new accounts and expand existing ones

    • Participate in client implementations and renewals

    Who We're Looking For

    • Recent college graduates or early-career professionals

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Sales, Marketing, Risk Management & Insurance, or related fields

    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills

    • Competitive, driven, and coachable mindset

    • High integrity and strong work ethic.

    Additional Requirements

    • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Review

    • Ability to obtain a Resident Life & Health Insurance License

    • Prior insurance or Employee Benefits knowledge preferred but not required

    Compensation

    The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
