    What You'll Do

    • Architect AI Solutions: Design end-to-end AI-driven platforms for underwriting and risk assessment.

    • Drive Innovation: Leverage machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics to create intelligent workflows.

    • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable architectures.

    • Ensure Compliance & Security: Implement best practices for data governance, security, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions.

    • Future-Proof Systems: Build modular, cloud-native architectures that adapt to evolving business needs and emerging technologies.

    What We're Looking For

    • Technical Expertise: Strong background in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.

    • Insurance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Business Insurance processes, risk analysis, and regulatory landscape.

    • Leadership Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders and lead solution design from concept to deployment.

    • Innovation Mindset: Passion for emerging technologies and their application in real-world business challenges.

    Compensation

    The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

    $163,040 - $244,560
