This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (Hartford, CT, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Columbus, OH) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.

Driving technical road shows to improve adoption of services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 6 or more years of solid, diverse work experience in cloud computing, data delivery applications, analytics or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
At least 3 years of experience providing architectural guidance and technical direction to developers, or platform administrators.
At least 2 years of experience (or equivalent training/certification) in designing and implementing solutions in AWS and GCP Services.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly, and perform major job responsibilities proficiently within 6-12 months
Experience in building applications/platforms using agile scrum methodologies
Strong analytical ability, problem analysis techniques, and broad knowledge of technology alternatives
Strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with business and IT partners
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
Preferred
Experience (or equivalent training/certification) in designing and/or implementing data delivery solutions using Data Integration Tools (Informatica, Talend etc.) and/or Data Platforms (Oracle, Snowflake, S3, RDS etc.) or Data Management (Cataloging, Lineage, Quality, MDM etc.)
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$136,000 - $204,000
