    The school is seeking a passionate educator with deep technical insurance expertise to join our team. In this role, you'll facilitate high-quality training programs for both Business Insurance and Personal Insurance.

    What You'll Do

    • Deliver training-virtually and in-person-on commercial and personal insurance products to producers and account managers.

    • Create and evolve technical insurance curricula tailored to adult learners.

    • Keep content fresh and relevant by aligning with industry trends and agency needs.

    • Manage CE credit processing, lesson planning, multimedia tools, student communications, evaluations, and personalized feedback.

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years of Commercial Business underwriting experience is required (agency or carrier background a plus)

    • Experience in technical insurance training, curriculum development (a plus)

    • Effective communication and presentation skills

    • Business acumen and customer-centric mindset

    • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

    Work Arrangement Hybrid or remote, with up to 25% travel. Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.

    Compensation

    The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

    $102,640 - $153,960
