    Who We're Looking For:

    Our team is seeking a highly motivated person to fill an opening as a Lead - Application Portfolio Management, to help our growing needs.

    What You'll be Doing:

    As the Lead - Application Portfolio Management you will play a pivotal role in supporting the TFS Chief Product Officer (CPO) organization with responsibility to design the Application inventory management routines for our organization and implement the same using a System of Record.

    You will be managing the existing application Portfolio with focus around quality, completeness and Integrity of application meta data. This multifaceted role combines cross-organization interactions, business strategy assistance and planning, Application Asset inventory management and Application governance.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Application Portfolio Management (APM)

    • Design and Implement application inventory management routines, application to capability mapping with EA, application criticality classification and rating, and application health assessment/rating

    • Effectively leverage the various existing SoRs as a reference and create a unified view of the application portfolio

    • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to identify necessary tools to maintain Application portfolio

    • Ensure Annual Certifications by Application Owners for Data accuracy

    • Ensure data integrity between upstream and down streams systems respect to Application meta data

    • Conduct in-depth analyses of portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and potential investment opportunities

    Governance and Compliance

    • Responsible for portfolio oversight and governance/controls, and manage risk, audit and regulatory requirements, communication and deliverables associated APM and portfolio governance

    • Identify and assess APM compliance risks including outdated technology, lack of proper controls, or dependence on non-compliant vendors

    • Recommend and implement solutions involving retiring risky applications, implementing compliance controls, or selecting compliant vendors

    • Track the portfolio's compliance status and report it to relevant stakeholders, including compliance officers and senior management

    • Support Application Life cycle management governance routines

    Enhanced Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including product managers, business leaders, and external partners, to ensure alignment of technology and business strategies

    • Work in cross-functional teams in strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving consensus across diverse groups

    • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to advocate for the strategic value of technology investments

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in business or IT, or equivalent education and related training

    • 10+ years of leadership, enterprise technology and operation experience

    • Strong experience with IT strategy, portfolio management, Application Asset management and application lifecycle management.

    • Expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, and resource optimization in an IT context

    • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with executives

    • Knowledge of current and emerging IT trends, technologies, and best practices in portfolio and application management

    • Change management and organizational transformation experience

    Added bonus if you have

    • Preferred experience in top-tier relevant banking industry or large financial institution experience

    • Understanding of key Banking solutions and applications

    • Moderate understanding of enterprise technology stacks and hands-on experiences with technology strategic planning and architecture

    • Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate future technology trends and their potential business impact

    • Strong negotiation and influence skills, able to advocate for technology strategies at the executive level

    • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business teams

    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically

    • High emotional intelligence and adept at navigating organizational politics
