"The lack of parental leave policy and no remote work after the pandemic ultimately forced me to leave. Also I was the only female on my R&D team and often the only female in most meetings I attended. The gender imbalance is clear especially with the Japanese hierarchical culture."

"It's a great company to work for with great pay and benefits. The onsite daycare is top notch.
There is lots of room to grow if that is what you want to do. I would say they can be inflexible with time off. We do get lots of days off but scheduling with such a large pool of other T/Ms gets tricky. Especially if your low in seniority. "
