Who we are looking for
Toyota's newest manufacturing facility, Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina (TBMNC), is looking for an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Business Analyst.
Prior to starting battery production, this person will work to support the establishment of TBMNC Maintenance planned work. Supporting the vision to continuously improve maintenance performance; leveraging productivity to ensure reliable production capacity. This role will collaborate with Maintenance Management and Analyst to create the framework for efficient planned work, including safety, work prioritization and scheduling.
After starting battery production, this person will create reports and analyze data to ensure KPI achievement. There will be a strong emphasis of continuous improvement and cross functional collaboration with Production and Engineering in this role.
What You'll Be Doing
Monthly & Ad-Hoc reporting - create reports using PowerBi, Excel, CMMS system (SQL) and other tools to support TBMNC Maintenance Department
Analyze business & technology needs to produce an actionable set of data analysis deliverables that are used to design and implement business & technical solutions
Solicit, gather & capture all aspects of functional & non-functional data requirements using written statements that are precise, unambiguous, consistent & complete
Visually model & document business capabilities, functions, processes, services, logic, and rules to facilitate department work flows
What You Bring
High School diploma/GED or higher education
Planning: Developing objectives, developing tasks to meet objectives, determining needed resources, creating a timeline, determining tracking and assessment, finalizing the plan, and distributing the plan to the team
Data Analysis: the process of inspecting, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, and supporting decision-making.
Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail: An ability to think logically with an open-minded approach
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Establish, develop, and maintain key business relationships both within the team and across businesses
Organizational skills & time management
Collaborative Behavior & Attitude: Effectively collaborate and work with individuals and groups at various levels in the organization through active listening and empathy-driven facts presentation
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI or similar reporting systems
Added Bonus If You Have
Computerized Maintenance Management System [CMMS] experience. (Maximo, SAP, etc.).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Project, etc.
Project planning and or management experience.
SQL database experience
