Reporting to the Sr. Manager, North American FP&A, the ideal candidate will use problem-solving skills and technology acumen to deliver analysis that supports the department's objective to achieve company profit goals and maintain a healthy balance sheet.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead development of short term and mid-term consolidated cash forecasts and financial models, with accompanying visualizations
Collaborate closely with the Treasury and Tax team to analyze and recommend cash management strategies due to changing business conditions
Coordinate with Capital, Profit Planning and Investment strategy team to evaluate impact of any capital, investment and economic conditions to cash flow
Prepare and deliver presentations to executive management on North America Auto cash flow and outlook throughout the year
Management experience in leading a high-performing team of 3 or more. Ensure the continued training, development, and overall performance of the team, focusing on both technical and professional skills
Drive efficiency efforts through automation of manual and repetitive work
Support special analysis and projects assigned by management
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
Experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and/or related disciplines - preferably in Fortune 500 or large global corporation
Deep understanding of relationship between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
Experience developing & analyzing cash flow forecasts
Excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal and organization skills required
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline and detail driven environment
Experience leading teams
Added Bonus If You Have
SAP application certification and/or experience using BPC
Data analysis and visualization using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
MBA, CPA, CMA, or CGMA
Understanding of the automotive industry or similar large-scale manufacturing and sales operation
