    Reporting to the General Manager, the person in this role will support the Performance Analysis and Materials department's objective to enhance department administration, budget tracking, purchasing, and special event planning.

    What you'll be doing

    • Support department administrative management

    • Support executive activity scheduling and administration

    • Create and submit purchase orders, tracking, and invoicing

    • Department budget analysis, tracking, and reporting

    • Technical report tracking and retention

    • Support onboarding of new hires

    • Department leader for Emergency evacuation/Take Cover/Safety

    • Meeting/special event planning and team member engagement

    What you bring

    • Experience in administrative support, including document management processes or systems

    • Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and/or SharePoint

    • Strong ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality (understanding risk to the company, team, and individuals)

    • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high-volume of work, including supporting multiple individuals

    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

    • Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively communicate with your team

    • This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position.
