    Position summary

    responsible for the administration, deployment, and support of Autodesk applications and Vault server environments across Toyota's enterprise. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in Autodesk tools and will lead upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance and availability of Autodesk systems.

    What you'll be doing

    • Lead administration and upgrades of Autodesk Vault server environments.

    • Provide hands-on and remote technical support for Autodesk applications including Vault Professional, AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, Revit, and Factory Design Utilities.

    • Collaborate with packaging teams to package, test, and deploy Autodesk applications.

    • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure application availability.

    • Respond to user support requests and escalate issues when necessary.

    • Maintain documentation for standards, policies, and processes.

    • Manage server security, access control, and configuration.

    • Plan and implement future Autodesk releases in coordination with platform strategy.

    • Maintain strong relationships with team members, management, and end users.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Associates Level Degree

    • 2 years of experience supporting Autodesk applications and Vault server environments

    • Strong understanding of Autodesk product suite and enterprise deployment practices

    • 2 years experience with system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    • 1 year experience documenting technical processes and standards

    Added bonus if you have

    • Experience or certification with AWS-hosted environments or VDI platforms

    • Familiarity with engineering workloads and applications such as CAD, CAE, CATIA,MBSE, EDA

    • SCRUM or Agile certifications

    • Autodesk certifications or professional training
