    Position summary

    ntal & Facilities Operations Department.

    Reporting to the Environmental & Facilities Region 3 Environmental Operations Manager, the person in this role will support the Environmental & Facilities operations department's objective to ensure environmental compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements as well as Toyota Motor North America's (TMNA) internal environmental requirements.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Support daily operations to ensure environmental compliance with ALL Environmental Regulations for a large manufacturing site

    • Evaluate compliance issues related to Environmental Regulations and implement appropriate countermeasures

    • Lead guidance for the on-site waste management contractor

    • Lead TMMAL's Environmental Management System to ensure conformity with current ISO14001 standard

    • Lead TMMAL's operations departments to achieve annual Environmental KPIs

    • Support Toyota Environmental Challenge 2050 KPI achievement

    • Lead problem-solving activities and implementing systems to support compliance and KPIs

    • Prepare presentations to operations staff to support environmental KPIs

    • Manage SPCC and SWPPP plans and associated compliance inspections

    • Coordinate training programs to be in compliance with Regulatory Requirements and Toyota Standards

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health Management or Chemical

    • Experience with environmental management in a manufacturing setting

    • Experience in Environmental Compliance Management

    • Experience in managing Environmental Management Systems

    • Experience in executive report preparation & presentation

    • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS and Outlook)

    Added Bonus If You Have

    • Experience building reports/flows in Microsoft PowerBi and/or Power Automate

    • Experience with Microsoft Lucid

    • Experience leading projects and working collaboratively across company and multiple functions

    • Good verbal and communication skills

    • Fundamental skills of problem-solving and desire to improve/kaizen

    • Good organization skills
