    Position summary

    ity of this role is to support the productivity and labor analysis for the Powertrain operations, which include multiple Engine shops.

    Reporting to the Finance Manager, the person in this role will provide accurate and timely productivity and labor cost information to support management's decision making as well as be a key resource to support TMMK Powertrain teams.This position will require an individual with highly analytical capability who also can effectively communicate results from complex calculations. Success may also rely upon ability to leverage understanding of productivity drivers to develop ad hoc visualization which help explain condition. Many issues may require the team member to draw upon their experiences to solve problems in a systematic and analytical way. This position will receive general direction from management; however, this individual will be required to work through many issues on their own without the continuous support of management. This individual will work with other sections in A&F, as well as with Staffing, Shop Floor Management, Production Control, Toyota Motor Corp., and TMNA.

    What you'll be doing

    • Provide productivity leadership for Powertrain operations, including coordination of budget and forecast productivity target setting, reporting and analysis, shop training, and ad-hoc support related to productivity inquires.

    • Maintain TMMK productivity system benchmarks for Powertrain.

    • Lead and problem solve Productivity part set up, maintenance, and operational tracking of production through multiple systems.

    • Support Labor analysis for monthly cost meetings and semi-annual HON.

    • Conduct shop productivity actual versus budget/forecast variance analysis.

    • Collaborate with Staffing and Production Control Planning to review, analyze, and clarify productivity forecast assumptions, presenting to respective shops' executive leadership.

    • Support TMNA Productivity reporting and ad-hoc inquiries.

    • Provide physical inventory support & audit as needed.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

    • 3+ years Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience, including Budget planning, Cost and usage variance analysis, and standard cost development

    • 3+ years' experience supporting Monthly Close Processes

    • Experience with MS Excel

    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

    Added bonus if you have

    • Advanced degree (above Bachelor's)

    • CPA or CMA

    • 2+ years' experience with SAP Financials and BPC Planning

    • 1+ years' experience in Automotive Manufacturing

    • 1+ years' experience in Toyota Accounting & Finance

    • Experience reporting and presenting to all levels of management

    • 1+ years' experience developing PowerBI reporting
