    Position summary

    create and deliver communications that reinforce Toyota's vision of creating mobility for all and drive team member experience. The HR Communications Analyst will take a tactical role in writing, editing, and delivering HR communications, aligning with both the HR Communications strategy and the enterprise-wide strategy for internal communications.

    Reporting to the Manager of HR Communications, this role supports HR in delivering clear and effective communications to enhance team member experience through internal programs and initiatives.

    This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.

    What you'll be doing

    • Create messaging/materials, ensuring communications are consistent and aligned with organizational messages

    • Deliver day-to-day communications in support of business programs, from concept to completion, working across multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors

    • Working directly with key groups within HR to execute specific communication projects, including the development of key messages, establishing timelines, and identifying the best vehicles by which to deliver messages

    • Maintain HR's presence on the enterprise-wide channels (My Toolbox and One Toyota), adding new content and adjusting existing structure and information to ensure the best possible user experience

    • Helping to promote a culture of excellence by ensuring partners adhere to required standards and processes, and that timeliness and accuracy are applied to all communications

    What you bring

    • 3+ years of corporate/employee communications and/or public relations experience

    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or closely related field, or equivalent professional work experience

    • Skilled in executing communication plans, including electronic messaging and in-person delivery

    • Self-starter with ability to quickly gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources; aptitude for translating complex topics and issues into simple, understandable messages

    • Maintain composure, organization, and discipline in ambiguous, complex, fast-paced, business environments, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving project goals

    • Anticipate client needs, solve problems, and deliver communications quickly for a variety of audiences, achieving a 95% client satisfaction rate

    • Exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive or confidential matters, ensuring 100% compliance with company policies and regulations

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time

    • Experience in tracking metrics for audience targeting and message receipt

    • Experience working in an agile environment, iterating on tasks, and incorporating feedback to improve outcomes

    • Graphic and social media experience, including developing and designing visual content for branding purposes

    • Consulting or agency experience

    • Public speaking or group presentation experience

    • SharePoint experience
