Reporting to the National Manager, Identity and Access Management Engineering, the person in this role will support the Identity and Access Management Engineering department's objective to implement effective identity and access solutions that align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
What you'll be doing
Lead and mentor a team of Identity and Access Management Engineering professionals to achieve tactical business results.
Oversee the implementation of mid-size to large IAM projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Develop and implement IAM policies, systems, and processes to enhance security and compliance.
Architect, build and maintain secure frameworks, across identity, access and privilege management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM processes with regulatory and audit requirements.
Identify IAM process gaps and recommend scalable, secure solutions utilizing automation and RPA tools.
What you bring
10+ Years of experience driving Identity and Access Management or security-related solutions.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, and access governance.
Familiarity with IAM platforms like SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Okta, or Azure AD.
Proficiency in automation and RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) to streamline IAM processes.
Understanding of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
5+ years' experience mentoring, training, and guiding junior engineers.
Solution oriented with a commitment to finding opportunities for efficiency gains and improvement.
Exceptional planning and delivery skills.
Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and written.
Added bonus if you have
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint Business Analyst, ISC2 SSCP, or CISSP Associate).
Experience in financial services or insurance industries.
Exposure to cloud IAM integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure).
