    Position summary

    row a multi-skilled Industrial Maintenance Team in a fast paced and technically challenging production environment through implementation of Toyota maintenance systems. With a target of zero downtime activities, the Industrial Maintenance Supervisor will support Toyota's proactive maintenance systems.

    Lead / Manage Team:

    • Oversee Maintenance repair and troubleshooting activity on the shop floor

    • Plan monthly, weekly, and daily work activity for your team(s)

    • Develop all Team Members' understanding of Toyota's proactive maintenance systems

    • Remove roadblocks to achieve the company targets

    • Support Predictive Maintenance through preventive maintenance and product development management

    • Effectively manage cost budgets. Implement kaizens to provide effective cost management of maintenance related activities.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Hands-on experience leading a Maintenance Team

    • Hands-on Industrial Maintenance Experience

    • STEM Degree

    • Overtime flexibility based on business needs

    • Available to work ALL of the following shifts:

      • Mon-Fri 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
      • Sun-Thurs 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
    • Successful Candidates must successfully complete a series of assessments for leadership and technical skills

    Preferred:

    • Technical/STEM Focused Bachelor's Degree

    • Leadership experience in Lean Manufacturing Systems

    • Prior supervisory experience to include conducting formal performance reviews and coaching to maximize performance

    • Prior supervisory experience in Industrial Maintenance
