    Who we're looking for

    Toyota's Innovation and Automation team is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Innovation & Automation Strategy Supervisor.

    The primary responsibility of this role is the design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of the Customer Experience Document Services project. This position will serve as the business lead working in conjunction with Business Product Owner and Technical Product owner to direct technical factory team(s) using Agile methodology and scrum practices to determine the strategy/product vision of assigned areas through feature definition, prioritization, positioning, data analytics, user research, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support. The Analyst will create business value analysis for assigned projects including Business Case, Cost Benefit Analysis and Value Capture Analysis.

    Reporting to the Innovations & Automations Product Owner for Customer Experience - Document Services, the person in this role will support the Innovation & Automation Strategy Team's objective to lead the development and implementation of new business capabilities to deliver servicing letters/forms including documenting business requirements, creating JIRA user stories and requirements, troubleshooting, creating user documentation, testing, and training support as assigned.

    What you'll be doing

    • Develop, maintain and communicate timely project updates in collaboration with the team.

    • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.

    • Proactively seek input and collaboration with all stakeholders to gain buy-in for the strategy and roadmap that effectively influences peers and senior management.

    • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

    • Develop user experience goals, stories and requirements that will be used to drive product specifications.

    • Identify and communicate with all impacted parties to ensure transparency.

    • Proactively identify and resolve impediments that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

    • Coach and develop Innovation & Automation Specialists to be successful within TFS. Assess and coach to form/letter technology systems, technology requirements, and resources to support form/letter development content.

    What you bring

    • Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internal and external to TFS (Toyota Financial Services)

    • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

    • Ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of leadership

    • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)

    • High school diploma with four years of relevant operations experience

    Added bonus if you have

    • Working knowledge of applications such as Adobe Experience Manager Interactive Communications. Jira, Confluence, qTest, Lucid.

    • 1-2 years of experience in Agile product management.

    • Kaizen/Process Improvement Project experience

    • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital projects preferred

    • Additional Certifications: Scrum/Scrum Master certificate, Agile certification

    • Bachelor's degree
