Reporting to the Delivery Excellence Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the department's objective to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams, promoting Agile methodologies and best practices
Oversee project management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related challenges
Set leading practices for delivery standards to enhance team collaboration and performance
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and project management techniques
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Leading a team of Toyota employees and Contingent Workers
Collaborating with executive stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives and drive business outcomes
What you bring
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in IT project management and Agile coaching
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
Prior experience leading and managing a team
Prior experience transforming a team/department/enterprise as it relates to Agile transformation/coaching
Added bonus if you have
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with change management practices
Additional Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certifications
