    Position summary

    Reporting to the Delivery Excellence Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the department's objective to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    What you'll be doing

    • Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams, promoting Agile methodologies and best practices

    • Oversee project management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related challenges

    • Set leading practices for delivery standards to enhance team collaboration and performance

    • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders

    • Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and project management techniques

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

    • Leading a team of Toyota employees and Contingent Workers

    • Collaborating with executive stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives and drive business outcomes

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

    • Experience in IT project management and Agile coaching

    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

    • Prior experience leading and managing a team

    • Prior experience transforming a team/department/enterprise as it relates to Agile transformation/coaching

    Added bonus if you have

    • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

    • Experience with change management practices

    • Additional Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certifications
