    Position summary

    ductivity.**

    • Fabricate and machine components related to stamping dies and stamping press equipment.

    • Repair basic pneumatic and electrical components of stamping dies.

    • Troubleshoot stamping dies and mechanical components.

    • Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.

    • Ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.

    • Respond to andon calls related to stamping die problems during production runs.

    Qualifications-

    What you bring:

    • You must meet one of the following three technical qualifications:

    • (1) Associate degree (or higher) in Tool & Die / Injection molding or machining field of study.

    • (2) 2+ years hands-on machining experience

    • (3) or similar military hands-on experience

    • Available to work 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shift which may include overtime, holidays, weekends and shutdowns.

    • Available to work any shift for training purposes including overtime, holidays, weekends and shutdowns.

    Internal candidates must have 6 months of TMMI service, passed a Group Leader Evaluation, and not have corrective action above a written reminder.
