    Who we're looking for

    TFS Enterprise Data & Technology Platforms team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Product Operations & Enablement Lead. In this strategic role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leaders to drive transparency, consistency, and data-driven rigor across the product organization. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will sit at the intersection of product vision and operational execution, ensuring that our scaling efforts are well-managed, and anchored by a continuous, user-centric feedback loop .

    What you'll be doing

    Imagine a typical day where you empower product teams with clear frameworks and actionable insights that accelerate decision-making and execution. Success means enabling a mature, agile product operating model that continuously evolves with best practices and emerging methodologies, while fostering strong alignment across teams.

    • Own the development and implementation of consistent planning and execution frameworks that support quarterly prioritization, roadmaps, and dependency management.

    • Drive the optimization of the product operating model, tracking adoption and quality through a comprehensive product maturity scorecard.

    • Build and maintain integrated measurement strategies that capture customer advocacy and identify friction points to enhance the product experience.

    • Aggregate customer feedback, usage data, and KPIs into dynamic dashboards that empower teams with actionable insights.

    • Lead communication strategies for product planning, launches, and experience releases to ensure clear, timely , and effective information flow across customers, stakeholders and C-Suite leaders

    • Manage operational reporting processes including Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews, product and customer metrics to sustain organizational performance.

    • Optimize engagement channels to strengthen connections between the Enterprise Data & Technology organization and internal customers, informing roadmaps and priorities.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree that provides a strong foundation in product operations, organizational change, or related fields.

    • 10+ years of experience in product operations, enterprise consulting, technology transformations, or organizational change management.

    • Deep understanding of product management principles and agile development methodologies.

    • Proven ability to build enablement tools, frameworks, and dashboards that drive operational excellence.

    • Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, communication prowess, and analytical capabilities.

    • Experience working with analytics platforms and customer feedback tools to inform decision-making.

    • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

    • A genuine passion for empowering product teams to solve meaningful customer problems .
