    Position summary

    planning objectives in addition to managing projects within.

    The candidate will act as the point of contact for TABC customers for part supply/part shipment concerns by receiving demand forecasts communicating any production change-points and making adjustments using the PDCA process to protect customer part shipments.

    What you'll be doing

    • Plan and coordinate production for TABC shops.

    • Production Planning : The analyst will be required to obtain customer demand forecast information, analyze on-hand inventory and production process constraints, and then analyze the data to submit a production plan for TABC. Includes CNP Production Planning.

    • Inventory Management: Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers/vendors to calculate demand forecasts, place firm orders, and track shipments for arrival. Set up MIN/MAX levels for production components required for production, and manage any supply chain constraints on dayxday basis.

    • Logistics Management: Coordinate with LPs (Logistic Providers) to set up cyclic component pickups, and manage on-time truck arrivals to meet TABC's production. Coordinate with TMNA Logistics Controls to manage cross-dock operations -management of sub-routes, main routes, and direct routes required.

    • Cost Management: Calculate/propose TABC's annual logistics budget for Ringi management approvals. Track Plan v Actual on a monthly basis on logistics spending, report out on a monthly basis based on PvA.

    • Past Model Service Parts Coordination: Point person for TABC between TMNA Service Parts department and Parts Center to coordinate day-to-day service parts shipping. Work closely with TABC's Shipping/Dock operation team to meet daily on-time DDD (Delivery Due Date) expectations Host weekly and monthly coordination meetings between all stakeholders.

    • Asset Disposal Management: Analyze TABC's asset sheet and create annual proposal plans to dispose of obsolete inventory. Close coordination with TABC's A&F team is required to track PvA and cost reporting.

    • Project Management : Manage Production Control projects, Kaizens, and improvement activities (Quality Circles, JKK, Jishukens, etc.)

    • Resolve Problems: Lead problem-solving activities; develop problem-solving [Toyota Business Process (TBP) provide for timely notification and problem resolution.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent supply chain work experience.

    • Experience working in a supply chain or manufacturing environment and with Inventory Management

    • Experience managing supply chain or manufacturing/operations projects.

    • Experience in Supplier/Vendor Management in a procurement role.

    • Experience in logistics management/LP management.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Working-level knowledge of Toyota Production System concepts and applications

    • Experience using SAP software in a supply chain/manufacturing environment.

    • Master's degree or equivalent supply chain qualifications.

    • Knowledge of Toyota NA parts management system (E-Kanban application)

    • Knowledge of Strong Data-Driven decision-making.

    • Strong Problem-Solving capabilities.

    • Advanced Excel Skills

    • Toyota principles/foundational training

    • Experience using FMDS as a daily management system

    • Completion of formal TBP and knowledge of PDCA cycles.

    The annual base salary range for this position is
    $82,700.00 - $134,400.00
