    Who we're looking for

    Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is hiring a Production Engineer to support our enterprise integration platforms, with a focus on MuleSoft and related middleware technologies. You'll ensure our critical integration systems are stable and reliable by providing operational support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with deployments and monitoring.

    This role is ideal for someone with hands-on integration platform experience and strong troubleshooting skills who is eager to grow into automation and reliability engineering practices.

    What you'll be doing

    • Provide day-to-day operational support for MuleSoft and other integration/middleware platforms (Kafka, TIBCO, Apache Camel).

    • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting production, staging, and development environments.

    • Support deployments, configuration, and performance tuning of integration systems.

    • Monitor system health using tools like Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or centralized logging solutions.

    • Collaborate with SREs, developers, and architects to maintain reliability and security standards.

    • Document runbooks, operational procedures, and fixes to reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR).

    • Participate in incident response activities and assist with postmortems.

    What you bring

    • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise integration or middleware platforms in production environments.

    • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: MuleSoft, Kafka, Apache Camel, or TIBCO.

    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

    • Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk.

    • Experience supporting incident management in mission-critical systems.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Exposure to scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

    • Experience with AWS or hybrid cloud environments.

    • Understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS).

    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
