    Position summary

    rovements in the digital public charging customer experience and drive further development of the Toyota/Lexus Charging Network.

    Reporting to the Charging Strategy & Technology Manager, the person in this role will support the EV Charging Solutions department's objective to enable Toyota and Lexus EV customers to confidently and sustainably go more places.

    What you'll be doing

    • Identify charging technology features to improve the public charging customer experience (CX).

    • Develop business cases and facilitate review process for executive approval.

    • Document and maintain public charging business requirements.

    • Identify and manage consumer & competitor research opportunities.

    • Input tickets into CT intake system to request new functionality for Toyota/Lexus Charging Network within the Toyota App and In-Vehicle Multimedia.

    • Monitor and analyze ongoing competitor and market trends related to charging CX and new digital technologies.

    • Support negotiations and manage relationships with charging network operators and third-party service providers.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of EVCS public charging initiatives into the company's EV ecosystem.

    • Analyze charging utilization data to assess the performance of public charging infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's Degree from Accredited 4-year college or university; and/or related commensurate experience.

    • Proven experience in requirement gathering & analysis, project management AND/OR related environment.

    • Experience working with technical teams and operating in an agile environment.

    • Strong strategic thinking skills and business acumen.

    • Understanding of financial analysis and financial modelling.

    • Proficient in BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage across multiple internal & external groups.

    • Understandings of Agile methodologies and project management. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Scrum frameworks a plus.

    • Customer-Centric Mindset a must.

    Added bonus if you have

    • MBA or higher-level degree a plus.

    • Toyota App and In-Vehicle Multimedia experience.

    • Significant EV Public Charging Infrastructure knowledge and understanding.

    • Previous experience in a business development role.
