This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
What you'll be doing
Acts as subject matter expert of compensation wages/salaries and bonus programs.
Leads complex regional projects to support business initiatives (e.g. market competitiveness).
Provides guidance to HR Business Advisors and the business on compensation needs.
Contributes to the success of the compensation team by providing leadership, support to the Compensation Manager, and mentorship to team members

Broad understanding of compensation theory, principles and practices to perform independent analysis of programs using market data
Strong presentation skills
Project and change management skills
Expert data mining skills
Quantitative analysis skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (assessment will be administered)
Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
Experience in finance, budgeting, and/or forecasting
Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR equivalent professional work experience

Experience with hourly wage and bonus programs
Proven ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
Workday system experience
Experience presenting to executive level audiences
Bachelor's degree (or higher) specifically in accounting, Finance, HR, or Business
Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing industries
