    Position summary

    at the TBMNC site (Liberty, North Carolina). Facility systems include air compressors, HVAC, chillers, sub-stations, air filtration, water systems, roofing, tank farms, structures, and grounds.

    Reporting to the Manager of Operations - Facilities Engineering, the person in this role will support the Environmental & Facilities department's objective to ensure plant infrastructure and utility systems readiness in order to achieve plant production safely and efficiently.

    What you'll be doing

    • Develop budgets and scope of work for contracted Master Maintenance service providers including waste, water treatment, roofing maintenance, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, etc. Initiate bids and award contracts.

    • Create and maintain systems to schedule activity and monitor performance and payments.

    • Update maintenance management systems for internal and contracted maintenance activity.

    • Support weekend and holiday maintenance planning.

    • Develop, monitor and report shop KPI's including energy, waste, maintenance costs, etc.

    • Track and identify spikes in daily operations and problem solve those issues and develop countermeasures through assigning Maintenance repairs or contract support.

    • Support Daily Troubleshooting of Communication Systems & PLC issues .

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or 5 years equivalent professional experience

    • Experience with Controls Systems such as RS Logix500/RSLogix5000/Studio5000Experience with VT Scada Systems

    • Experience with Building Monitoring Systems

    • Multiple years of Programming & Troubleshooting Facilities Equipment

    • Strong Understanding of IT Communication Systems

    • Plant utility systems experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

    • Experience managing multiple tasks

    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD

    • Experience providing comprehensive analysis with specific data/details

    • Experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    • Experience in High voltage electrical systems

    • Experience in commissioning high voltage electrical equipment

    • Experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment in facilities operations

    • Understanding of electrical code requirements

    Added bonus if you have

    • Maintenance Experience

    • Project Management Experience

    • Professional Engineering License (PE)

    • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP)

    • Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical prints

    • Experience making KPI improvements.

    • Familiarity with Power Bi

    • Toyota experience
