    Position summary

    P and IFRS while supporting department and company-wide initiatives to develop our business and grow internal capabilities.

    What you'll be doing

    • Support forecast and budget process on quarterly and annual basis.

    • Prepare month end analysis using the forecast vs actual dashboard information.

    • Ensuring all daily and monthly accounting and finance activities are completed.

    • Performing timely preparation and/or review of journal entries.

    • Coordinate internal reporting materials to cross functional groups.

    • Participate in financial reporting process for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the quarterly submissions to Japan.

    • Providing accounting guidance to internal stakeholders.

    • Propose and implement improvements to existing analyses and develop additional analyses and activity metrics to meet changing business and informational needs

    • Provide training, development and support for other team members, either through direct assignment or indirect team leadership

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other analytical degree with equivalent work experience

    • Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS.

    • Experience in accounting, FP&A, or other relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibilities

    • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills in closing process gaps and resolving issues

    • Proficiency with MS Excel and advanced functionality

    • Demonstrated aptitude with a desire to learn and apply emerging technologies

    Added bonus if you have

    • MBA or relevant master's degree

    • Mix of public and private accounting experience

    • Large company experience

    • Hands on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or other reporting tools
