    Position summary

    erational oversight for regional security and emergency management across approximately 50 U.S. locations.

    Reporting to the General Manager of North American Security & Emergency Management, the person in this role will support the North American Security & Emergency Management department's objective to safeguard people, property, and brand by driving consistency, crisis readiness, and operational excellence in security and emergency programs nationwide.

    What you'll be doing

    • Leading five regional security and emergency management managers to ensure consistent execution of policies, procedures, and readiness efforts across ~50 U.S. locations.

    • Serving as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, guiding response coordination and communication with executive stakeholders.

    • Overseeing a $80 million operating budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial and operational priorities.

    • Collaborating with national program leaders to integrate strategic initiatives into daily site operations, driving alignment across all regions.

    • Developing leadership training and tools to enhance field capability, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve overall incident preparedness.

    What you bring

    • Proven leadership experience in security management, emergency management, or a closely related field-ideally with 8 or more years in a multi-site or complex operational environment.

    • Deep understanding of physical security, emergency preparedness, and applicable regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).

    • Demonstrated success managing large-scale operational budgets and aligning resources to risk and readiness priorities.

    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading large, cross-functional security or emergency initiatives.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present to executives and lead through crisis.

    • Ability to analyze performance trends and operational data to drive strategy, improve preparedness, and close gaps.

    • Proven capability to lead and coach field-based teams, driving consistency and performance across diverse locations.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Security Management, Emergency Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Ability to travel 40%
