    Who We're Looking For

    The TFS Banking and Commercial Lending team is seeking highly motivated Software Engineers to join to support Internal Applications.

    What You'll Be Doing

    As a Software Engineer supporting internal platforms, you will:

    • Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Python to support internal engineering workflows.

    • Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using modern UI/UX frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) tailored for Engineering, Quality, and Product teams.

    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into efficient, user-friendly applications.

    • Implement robust APIs and microservices for seamless integration across internal tools and systems.

    • Leverage cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications with high availability and performance.

    • Apply modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.

    • Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies, including LLMs and AI-assisted development tools, to enhance productivity and innovation.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related/equivalent experience.

    • Strong programming experience in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python.

    • Proficiency in front-end development using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

    • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
