    Who we're looking for

    Toyota's Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Sr. Analyst to be a part of its Enterprise Vendor Risk Management (EVRM) team.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to support the IPSS department by performing EVRM assignments and executing Program deliverables. Reporting to the EVRM Program Manager, the person in this role will support the EVRM program's objective to develop and manage a centralized governance framework to connect, enhance, and report on the risk management activities performed by various stakeholders across TMCC and TMNA.

    What you'll be doing

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create, implement, and oversee controls for third-party risks, focusing on regulatory compliance, business continuity, information security, financial health and performance.
    • Working with business units to consult on Service Level Agreement (SLA) creation and assessing performance of supplier engagements.
    • Working with IPSS Supplier Management group to coordinate supplier tiering and due diligence processes, including continuous improvement and automation.
    • Interface with IPSS, stakeholder and BU executives to report on risk existence, mitigation and acceptance.
    • Managing project deliverables and assisting in the implementation of new, yet to be scoped program initiatives.
    • Monitor and collect third-party key risk indicators to report out to the Enterprise Risk Committee.
    • Ensure new supplier contracts are categorized into appropriate risk tiers and subject to ongoing oversight.

    Qualifications/ What you bring
    • Bachelor's Degree required, or 5+ years in a supplier risk management role
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
    • Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

    Added bonus if you have
    • Advanced degree in a relatable field of study.
    • 7+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
    • Working knowledge of eGRC/Archer and the SAP Ariba suite of procurement products (B&I, SLP, and Contract modules), or other related supplier risk management systems
