    Position summary

    • Consult with assigned field management teams to ensure that all training, strategies and processes are being utilized to increase sales and market penetration

    • Evaluate region and dealer performance using key performance indicators (KPI's) and develop and implement effective solutions for growth

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted parts sales strategies and increase total parts sales and market share

    • Assesses and recommends improvements to regional parts operations that align with TMNA goals

    • Assess business opportunities in Regions/PD's and implement necessary directional changes to achieve assigned growth goals and objectives

    • Analyze region wholesale market potential and execute appropriate strategy to grow sales and profits

    • Participate in the development of national strategies and loyalty programs to grow TMNA parts sales and dealer loyalty.

    • Raise the region team understanding of the opportunities for growth in the Collision, Retention, and Mechanical Parts market through activities focusing on training, education and process improvement

    • Coordinate vendor support to help regions and dealers leverage available support tools to realize maximum gains

    • Determining best channel with Independent Repair Facilities (IRFs) to communicate the benefits and program support provided through our Wholesale, Mechanical and Collision activities

    • Field engagement and support in the Wholesale side of the business

    • Provide valuable market intelligence to Pricing and Product Development business units

    • Coordinate supplier support resources (e.g. DENSO "Feet on the Street", OEC/OPS, Infomedia, CCC Promote, BI Worldwide)

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, Sales or relevant degree, or equivalent work experience

    • Understanding of the automotive industry including dealer operations, Parts & Service operations and wholesale parts business

    • In-dealership contact or related experience with strong communication, teamwork and organizational abilities

    • Proven ability to coordinate vendor activities and adapt efforts to meet current market needs

    • Experience in Toyota retail or field organization or related experience

    • Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

    Added bonus if you have

    • Toyota Retail dealership or OEM parts sales experience preferred
