    Position summary

    orting to the Manager - Supply Chain Management, the person in this role will support the Supply Chain Management Department's objective to provide just in time delivery of the correct quantity of components required to produce quality vehicles.

    *This position will cover 2nd shift with a possible rotation between 5PM & 8PM start time

    What you'll be doing

    • Maintain parts inventory by utilizing the Server e-Kanban system.

    • Monitor and analyze North American supply chain abnormal conditions from supplier to TMMI.

    • Crisis supplier management to ensure component parts supply for TMMI vehicle production.

    • Collaborate with External and Internal Logistics groups to reduce internal part shortages and overflow.

    • Manage, coordinate, and implement change points (i.e. Model Change, ECI's, SCR's etc).

    • Develop, Visualize, and monitor KPIs, Operating Procedures, and Project Schedules.

    What you bring

    • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain flow and function.

    • Excellent math and analytical skills.

    • Ability to work with and break down large amounts of data, develop pivot tables, graph data, and perform analytics to surface and solve problems.

    • Strong skills in working with the logic and data supporting complex ordering and supply chain systems.

    • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI.

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

    • Strong problem-solving skills.

    • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.

    • This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Experience with e-Kanban, TLMS-G, ILMS, ADR, Hot Call Management, Overflow Management.

    • SMS and PSMS system knowledge.

    • Ordering and BOM Management experience.
