    Reporting to the OneTech NAQ Manager, the person in this role will support the North America Quality (NAQ) Systems & Technology Platforms department's objective to plan, advise, and provide internal consulting services to develop and apply technology solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

    What you'll be doing

    • Develop a strong and healthy relationship with your business counterpart by understanding the business and being proactive with your support of upcoming initiatives.

    • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (such as business leaders, users, OneTech departments and external clients) and software development teams for the Products in your assigned area.

    • Managing overall project budget, backlog, timeline, stakeholder communication, and user stories for your assigned area.

    • Ensuring product team resources are managed. Be involved in the interviewing and onboarding of new resources.

    • Reviewing and submitting of Statement of Work, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.

    • Maintaining the accuracy of CMDB/APM/CI.

    • Managing Request for Changes ("RFCs") in 1TS system for the Products in your assigned area.

    • Coordinate and represent Products in your assigned area on releases, which typically occur every 4-6 weeks, ensuring that new features and fixes are delivered smoothly and with minimal disruption to users.

    • Prioritization of Application Management Support (AMS) backlog.

    • Initiating Operational Acceptance Process (OAP) for new applications. Ensure the forms and documents are completed and maintained.

    • Ensuring project/product teams are following the NAQ Agile framework & OneTech policies and procedures.

    • Owning any problems or outages that may occur and ensuring correct Problem Reporting mechanisms are followed.

    • Provide proposed countermeasures (short term and long term) when escalating issues or problems.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with IT focus, Management Information Systems, related disciplines, or equivalent work experience.

    • 5-7 years of IT experience with Cloud and On-prem technologies in successfully implementing complex applications and/or developing effective solutions to diverse and complex business challenges and opportunities.

    • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • 3-5 years experience in managing projects involving large scale system development with multiple teams.

    • Experience implementing and/or supporting web applications where volume performance and uptime reliability are critical.

    • Experience in application production support, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and upgrades occur as needed.

    Added bonus if you have

    • AWS Cloud certifications

    • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and concepts in application support.

    • Experience with on-prem development technology stacks

    • Understanding of OneTech specific processes and applications (ex: CMDB, ServiceNow, Incident Management, Problem Reporting, Request For Change, JIRA, Confluence).

    • Automotive and/or manufacturing industry experience
