    What you'll be doing:

    • Build and prepare production race engines for TRD's race teams.

    • Assemble components according to engineering specifications, following established processes and procedures.

    • Deliver high-quality work, addressing both scheduled and unschooled tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in both assembly processes and documentation.

    • Update and maintain electronic build books with accurate component information.

    • Support continuous improvement by refining processes and procedures in collaboration with team members.

    • Troubleshoot issues and build technical understanding to resolve challenges effectively.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready work area at all times.

    What you'll bring:

    • Minimum High School Diploma or GED

    • Minimum five years' experience in a racing engine environment.

    • Hands-on engine, cylinder head and sub-assembly builds

    • Deep understanding of internal combustion engines

    • Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in precise engine build measurements and tooling, including and not limited to clearance, torque, and stretch.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Physical requirements are listed below but not limited to:

    • Standing: Frequent/Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day

    • Walking: Occasionally/Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day

    • Sitting: Occasionally/Intermittent

    • Lifting: Up to 50 lbs., occasionally/Intermittent

    • Carrying: Up to 50 lbs., occasionally/Intermittent

    • Pushing/Pulling: ~100 lbs., occasionally/Intermittent

    The annual base salary range for this position is $69,300.00 - $112,600.00.
