Who you are:
10+ years of agency or in-house experience leading brand design or art direction.
A portfolio packed with world-class, category-defining work - especially in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle.
Proven track record of shaping distinctive brand identities and design systems that drive measurable impact.
Deep experience with integrated campaigns and cross-channel storytelling.
Confident presenter and creative storyteller with executive presence.
Expert in balancing craft, speed, and scalability in a fast-moving environment.
Thrives in ambiguity - proactive, decisive, and energized by building something great.
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $157,500, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things.
