"In an industry that could very easily be a "boys club" Underdog couldn't be further from it. The culture is fantastic and the women's groups are wonderful. UD truly lives a remote first mentality and is extremely flexible, which is the perfect recipe for a great work/life balance."

"I really enjoy working here because of the company culture, interesting work and people around me. There is autonomy and flexibility for you to do your best work, and my coworkers are always willing to collaborate or discuss ideas. Even though I work remotely, I feel very connected to my colleagues. And have met so many others across the company (outside of my department)"
