Who you are:
7+ years of integrated or product marketing experience.
Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in competitive markets, especially within sports or gaming sectors.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, with the ability to apply insights into actionable marketing strategies that engage fans and players.
Expertise in brand positioning, digital marketing, and content strategy, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented and data-driven, with a passion for continuous optimization and performance measurement.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment in a dynamic, growing organization.
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $200,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things.
