- Serve as a recruiting culture champion, raising the talent bar across the organization through consistency, collaboration, and thoughtful candidate evaluation.
Who you are
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering and technical roles.
- Proven success recruiting in high-growth organizations across both startup and established company environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level relationships and act as a strategic advisor to business leaders.
- Comfort navigating complex, evolving hiring landscapes - balancing urgency with quality and long-term business impact.
- Track record of driving recruiting process improvements and implementing scalable systems and best practices.
- Deep understanding of technical talent markets and sourcing strategies.
- Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics tools (Gem).
- Experience mentoring recruiters and contributing to process, tooling, and brand improvements across the recruiting org.

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000, plus pre-IPO equity. Our comp range reflects the full scale of expected compensation for this role. Offers are calibrated based on experience, skills, impact, and geographies. Most new hires land in the lower half of the band, with the opportunity to advance toward the upper end over time.
