    Position summary

    or a detail-oriented and proactive Ad Ops Associate to support our Growth Marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing strategies. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of marketing campaigns, data management, reporting, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing technology, data analysis, and process optimization, and will be passionate about driving efficiency and scaling marketing efforts to accelerate growth.

    • Assist the Growth Marketing team in executing marketing campaigns across (but not limited to) these channels: Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, new channel expansion, and more. Ensure campaigns are set up correctly and monitor their performance.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources. Provide regular reports on KPIs such as customer acquisition, LTV, and campaign performance. Help identify trends and insights to inform decision-making.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the marketing tech stack, MMP (eg AppsFlyer), analytics tools, and any other tools used by the team. Ensure that systems are integrated and data flows seamlessly between them.
    • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in marketing processes, workflows, and systems. Work closely with the team to streamline operations and improve campaign delivery times and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the broader marketing team (Growth, Product, Creative) and other departments (Analytics, Finance, Creative) to ensure alignment and effective use of resources for marketing initiatives.
    • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate data and insights to monitor campaign performance and inform optimization efforts.
    • Assist in tracking marketing spend and ensuring that campaigns are running within the allocated budget. Help optimize cost-efficiency through better targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of marketing BI/reporting tools and infrastructure solutions
    • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
    • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
    • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), LTV, and ROI.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process inefficiencies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Even better if you have:

    • Experience with A/B testing and incrementality analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

    • Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and performance bidding strategies.

    • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

    • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.

    • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced marketing environment.

    • Experience with integrating marketing systems and optimizing workflows

    Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things.
