• Knowledge of the operations and processes for incident, problem, and event management.

• Skill in conducting research for troubleshooting novel client-level problems.

• Skill in identifying possible causes of degradation of system performance or availability and initiating actions needed to mitigate this degradation.

• Skill in configuring and validating network workstations and peripherals in accordance with approved standards and/or specifications.

• Knowledge of the basic operation of computers.

• Skill in using the appropriate tools for repairing software, hardware, and peripheral equipment of a system.

• Knowledge of procedures used for documenting and querying reported incidents, problems, and events.

• Knowledge of successful capabilities to identify the solutions to less common and more complex system problems

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts, methodology, techniques, and technologies and the infrastructure that supports them.

• 10 years of experience in developing and documenting testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, and cybersecurity testing & evaluation.

• 10 years of experience with identity management related experience and an in-depth knowledge of NIST 800-53 series guidelines and procedures as it relates to security testing & evaluation.

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field

• Certifications: AWS, ITIL, Lean, Scrum, SAFe, and/or Agile

• PMP and CISSP Preferred

• Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with potential for higher read-ins.
