"I have two young kids (ages 3 & 1) and WWT is a great place for me to work! I have a job that leverages my skills and allows me to contribute to the big picture of WWT.
I also have the flexibility that I need to manage my family life. I leave for doctors appts as needed & am able to pick up my kids from school every day by 4:30!
Women are valued at WWT & I see an effort to support through leadership."

"Overall the culture is amazing and very inclusive. Yes there are some people that may not be as inclusive but it's few and far between in my experience. "
