    Position summary

    ity architecture concepts including topology, protocols, components, and principles (e.g., application of defense-in-depth).

    • Knowledge of Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) tools and applications.

    • Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, Dynamic Host Configuration, Domain Name System (DNS), and directory services.

    • Knowledge of network traffic analysis (tools, methodologies, processes).

    • Knowledge of how traffic flows across the network (e.g., Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), Internet Protocol (IP), Open System Interconnection Model (OSI)).

    • 8+ years of experience in the Cloud network engineering field

    • 6+ years of experience in the Cloud network engineering field and knowledge of computer networking concepts

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineer, or related field.

    • 8570 IAT II certified: One of the following: Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND or SSCP (IAT Level III certs can be in lieu of IAT Level II certs)

    • 8140 (CSSP) Certified within 90 days of on-boarding. One of the following Certs: CEH, CFR, CySA+/CSA+, CHFI, CND, Cloud+, SSCP, GICSP

    • Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with potential for higher read-ins
