Manager - Network

Network Manager is a leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization''s network infrastructure. The position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise to ensure robust network performance, secure systems, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while safeguarding IT assets and operations.

What you will get to do:

Network Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement, and maintain a highly available and scalable network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN technologies.

• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Optimize network architecture to support emerging technologies and business growth.

• Collaborate with service providers and vendors to ensure seamless connectivity and service delivery.

• Respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents in real-time

• Monitor and optimize VPNs, load balancers, and other infrastructure components to support remote and hybrid work environments.

Incident Response and Disaster Recovery

• Establish and lead the incident response process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches and network disruptions.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) to minimize downtime during emergencies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of network professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to align network and security initiatives with organizational priorities.

• Provide training and awareness programs to IT staff and end-users, promoting best practices in network security and compliance.

Emerging Technologies and Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest developments in networking and cybersecurity technologies.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance network performance and security.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years enterprise networking experience with 3-5 years of managerial role

Must have:

• Hands on expertise with network Technologies (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, etc.)

• Experience in managing operation for Enterprise network environment

• Strong incident management experience

• Team management experience

• Strong communication skill

Nice to have:

• Certtifcations in Network Technology area

• Experience on Network design

• Ability to give technology direction to team
