"Xperi has very flexible schedules (hybrid for most roles). I enjoy the international collaboration with great coworkers around the world. My manager is excellent and I really like working here. The company takes DEI seriously. There are several great Employee Resource Groups. We have a good benefits package with flexibility for vacation, annual R&R week, good insurance etc. "

"This is by far the best place I have worked. I have been in tech my entire life working for top marquee brands and this is a company where you can thrive. It provides a healthy environment where you are treated with respect. Having come from very toxic cultures, the culture is what I most appreciate. You feel that you are all in it together with a common goal -- succeed -- and everyone is ready to help contribute or overcome obstacles. It is also a company where you can feel you can make a difference -- where your voice is heard and you have the autonomy to make it your own and make a difference. The company believes in diversity in the workplace and the contributions women make to the business. Moms can be moms and can balance work and personal as long as work gets done. "

"We are developing in a lot of exciting ways. I've been here a number of years, and the changes I've seen are really gratifying. In recent years, the company has put a lot of energy into internal culture, and embraced lifestyles, workstyles, and benefits that really support all employees.
The work isn't done yet - but the company is evolving, learning and growing. I think the future will bring greater awareness, support and opportunity for women across levels and roles."
