    Position summary

    f products that provide actionable insights into the performance of our advertising solutions. You will play a key role in leveraging data to deliver business intelligence that supports decision-making, enhances client outcomes, and optimizes advertising strategies across various platforms. Your work will directly impact how the company measures and improves advertising effectiveness, ultimately driving revenue and business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for advertising business insights solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

    • Develop and manage tools and products that enable the collection, analysis, and visualization of advertising performance data, helping internal teams and customers make data-driven decisions.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ad products, data science, engineering, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful business insights products.

    • Oversee the development of advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboard tools that deliver valuable business insights, including campaign performance, audience targeting, ROI, and other key metrics.

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for advertising insights products, ensuring they provide meaningful, actionable data to clients and stakeholders.

    • Analyze product performance and usage to identify areas for improvement, continuously optimizing products to enhance usability, functionality, and the quality of insights provided.

    • Regularly communicate product vision, roadmap, and performance to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across business units.

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising analytics, ensuring that our products remain competitive and innovative.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly within advertising, business intelligence, or analytics products.

    • Experience in advertising technologies, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, DMPs, and ad platforms, with a strong understanding of how business insights impact campaign performance and ROI.

    • Experience in developing or managing reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics products that deliver insights to business stakeholders.

    • Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.

    • Proven experience leading the full product lifecycle-from ideation through launch and iteration-specifically for business insights or analytics products.

    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

    • Familiarity with analytics platforms, SQL, and data APIs. Knowledge of advertising tech ecosystems (programmatic, demand-side platforms, etc.) is a plus.

    • A strong focus on understanding customer needs and using data to deliver actionable insights that solve real business challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven advertising environment or with advertising analytics platforms.

    • Experience with machine learning or AI-powered insights for advertising performance.

    • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on advertising insights and analytics.

    • Background in SaaS or digital media analytics is a plus.
