Prepare equity-related entries, including stock-based compensation and RSU taxes.
Support accounting team with other month end entries, including cash, accruals, intercompany and other areas as needed.
Perform monthly account reconciliations and flux analysis with detailed supporting documentation.
Assist with ADP to GL reporting.
Provide reporting to Tax Team, FP&A and upper management as needed.
Assist with SEC schedules and 10-Q reporting.
Engage with auditors and provide audit requests as needed.
Assist with SOX documentation and testing.
Assist Accounting and Finance team with special projects as needed.
Who we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of GL experience required.
NetSuite experience preferred.
CPA license is a plus.
ADP experience is a plus.
Team player, but comfortable working independently.
Must be able to work under tight deadlines, with flexibility.
Should be able to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues.
Must be well organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced environment and meet multiple simultaneous deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $95,077- $125,978 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
