What Will You Do?
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Application strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectives
Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps and long-term vision
Develop and articulate a clear vision for our enterprise applications, aligning technology investments with the company's strategic goals
Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to gain a competitive edge
Team Management:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, application architects, developers, and analysts
Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance for their professional development
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team
ERP Implementation and Management:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of NetSuite and other ERP systems
Ensure the systems meet business requirements, compliance standards, and performance expectations
Enterprise Application Portfolio Management:
Oversee the assessment and optimization of our application portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability
Maintain a holistic view of our application landscape, making informed decisions about software development, integration, and retirement
Digital Transformation:
Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to streamline business processes, enhance data analytics, and improve customer engagement
Ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization
Business Process Optimization:
Work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Streamline workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of Enterprise application systems
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on system performance and project status
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Ten (15+) years of experience in Financial systems ERP system management, with a focus on leadership roles
Five (10+) years of experience in enterprise software, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies
Bonus Points:
MBA or advanced degree
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Financial ERP systems in complex organizations
Strong knowledge of enterprise software, technology trends, and industry best practices

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $214,556- $284,300 plus bonus and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
