This is a key role within the EMEA business team driving business growth utilizing our TiVo product portfolio. The role will work as part of the EMEA, Australia & New Zealand sales team and will work remotely ideally in Munich, Germany.
The ideal candidate will have significant TV/IPTV industry sales experience with a premium on CE retailers in the UK & EMEA region. Strong CRM experience (SFDC preferred) and revenue forecasting understanding for your accounts. Must be comfortable working in support of team-oriented approaches to complex problem solving with Product Management & Engineering teams.
Principal Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):
Own key UK & EU retail relationships to accelerate growth of devices & brands powered by TiVo
Own key Accounts with a revenue quota and associated commission plan for EMEA sales targets.
Bring new business through new design wins and upselling products business with existing and new customers
Together with the Regional GM & Sales Operations, provide a regular & accurate revenue forecast for your business
Present & collaborate with the Regional GM & EMEA sales teams for Quarterly Business Review meetings and Executive reporting
Data Integrity: Ensure the real-time maintenance of clean and concise revenue-related datasets in SFDC and associated tools
Understand and provide technical expertise on our products to customers, creating demand for Xperi Solutions and driving business relevance within the customer''s key decision makers
Be the voice of the customer. Represent customer / market requirements back to the business and help drive product development to ensure Xperi is seen as a market leader
Deliver successful outcomes, including:
Identifying new business opportunities
Closing new deals & renewals
Growing a strong Network of Influence
