Be part of an agile-based engineering team focused on delivering high quality. It gives an opportunity to involve in development right from conceptualization, discussion with product till the delivery to the end customer. You will involve in detailed test case design, execution, automation and be responsible for signing-off key features. Involve in technical discussions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Here''s what you get to do:

• Reviewing product requirements and writing test plans for Web/Streamer based applications.

• Proactively collaborate with development teams during the development cycle and participate in the design discussions and documentation of new features.

• Manual execution of the feature, regression test cases and ensure high-quality.

• Work directly with multiple disciplines -program management, product management, UX, and service teams to manage deliverables, dependencies, and schedule risks.

• Lead the quality initiatives to improve the quality deliverables.

• Should own the responsibility of test coverage and drive it efficiently.

• Focus on non-functional testing (memory leak, performance etc.,) improving application''s reliability, stability & usability.

• Automating test cases coming out of scrum team as necessary.

• Continuously evaluate and communicate test status and application issues to upper management and other stakeholders.

Who we are looking for?

• Education: Bachelor''s/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5-9 years of experience in Application software testing. Creating test strategy, planning and execution

• Knowledge of Automation frameworks concepts and usage, and Strongly desirable to have knowledge of Python ,Selenium, Appium

• Excellent automation skills for Front end client applications like Mobile, TVs, Set Top Boxes or Living Room devices

• Experience in Video Stream Testing is highly desirable [aware of VOD, NDVR ,DRM etc ]

• Experience in non-functional testing areas like Performance testing, memory-leak testing, Stress testing etc.

• Knowledge on Jenkins and Dockers is added Advantage .

• Good Written and Verbal communication skills

Top 3 primary skills and expertise level requirement ( 1 to 5; 5 being expert)

• 4-5 - Expertise in Web Application/Client Testing and Experience in Selenium, Appium Automation and manual testing - Test strategy, Planning and Execution.

• 4 - Must have knowledge of Python programming with OOPs and Design pattern concepts and implementation.

• 3 - Knowledge of automation framework concepts and usage
